Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the scope of work described and observed at the time of quoting. Conditions discovered on site that materially change the scope — significantly heavier soiling, additional square footage, previously undisclosed damage — may require a revised estimate, which will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.
Property condition
Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing conditions such as failing paint, deteriorated caulking, damaged screens, loose siding, cracked stucco, worn roofing, or previously concealed damage. Cleaning does not create these conditions. Please disclose any known issues before work begins so we can plan around them.
Access and preparation
Customers are asked to provide access to the areas being cleaned and to a working outdoor water supply, to close windows and doors, and to move vehicles and personal items from work areas.
Results
Some staining — including deep-set oil, certain rust, artillery fungus, lichen shadowing and staining that has penetrated a painted surface — may not be fully removable. We will communicate expectations before work begins.
Scheduling and weather
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions. We will contact you as early as practical.
Cancellation
State your actual cancellation and rescheduling policy here.
Payment
State your accepted payment methods, when payment is due, and any deposit requirements.
Limitation of liability
This section must be drafted by an attorney. Do not publish generic limitation-of-liability language you have not had reviewed.
